I totally disagree with how Thai Memory responded to the below complaint. I'm not questioning what happened and who said what. But if a customer doesn't enjoy they're dish they ordered and advise the waiter/owner, I believe its good service to get them another dish without charging them for the one they sent back. Who wants to pay for something that they don't like or eat? I wasn't there so I can't say how much the customer actually ate, but maybe you should look at how other restaurants run they're business. I myself hardly ever send things back but never once in my life has any restaurant Independent/Chains/even a hole in the wall coffee shop has charged me for something I sent back. In most cases the waitress/waiter would actually try to over compensate and apologize. I always leave happy with the experience and appreciate. I suggest you don't take people sending dishes back so personally and understand where the costumer is coming from. Simple thing to do is take the dish back apologize and bring a new one (mutter something under your breath to your self if you want) But do not charge them for it!
